There is over 300 feet of waterfront and more than 1 acre of property with mostly cleared flat usable yard, perfect for all of your outdoor activities.

Offering magnificent views of the Madawaska River which is also perfect for swimming in, and has a gradual entry but does get deep quickly (for all of your dock jumping needs)!

The cottage is close to amenities such as a convenience store, LCBO, boat launch, hiking, kayaking, X-country skiing and only minutes from Paddlers Co-op, 20 minutes south of Barry's Bay.
