There is over 300 feet of waterfront and more than 1 acre of property with mostly cleared flat usable yard, perfect for all of your outdoor activities.
Offering magnificent views of the Madawaska River which is also perfect for swimming in, and has a gradual entry but does get deep quickly (for all of your dock jumping needs)!
The cottage is close to amenities such as a convenience store, LCBO, boat launch, hiking, kayaking, X-country skiing and only minutes from Paddlers Co-op, 20 minutes south of Barry’s Bay.

Weekly Rentals
June 1st 2026 – September 5th, 2026
$2000 / Week
Check-in time is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
Deposit of 50% required upon booking and the remainder required 30 days prior to check-in.
- Please leave the cottage in the same state as arrival and take your own garbage and recycling with you, or drop it off at one of the garbage depots listed (to be given by time of arrival).
- Renter will be charged extra for extensive cleaning and any damages as well as garbage left behind.
- Cancellations policy: A cancellation more than 60 days before check-in 100% refund of deposit will be given. Cancellations 60 days or less before check-in will result in a 0% refund of deposit.
